These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Plan My Asia and our travel planners (the "Site"), operated by Atlas Web Partners, Calle Portlat, Calpe, 03710, Spain. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Plan My Asia provides AI-generated travel planning, suggestions and information to help you plan trips across Asia. Our planners are a guide only. We are a planning and information service — we are not a travel agent, tour operator or booking provider, and we do not sell flights, accommodation or tours ourselves.
Travel information — including itineraries, prices, opening times, visa and entry requirements, and safety guidance — changes frequently and varies by source. We make reasonable efforts to be helpful, but we do not warrant that any information on the Site is complete, current or accurate. You are responsible for verifying all details (especially visas, health requirements, and travel advisories) with official sources before you travel or book anything.
