Flights to Asia ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Atlas Web Partners. This policy explains what information we collect when you use this site, why, and what rights you have over it.

What We Collect

When you search for your nearest airport, you enter a UK postcode. We use this only to calculate distances to airports and to show relevant results — we don't ask for or require your name, email address, or any other personal details to use the search tool.

Like most websites, our server automatically logs some technical information for every visit, including your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is standard practice for security and diagnosing technical issues, and isn't used to identify you personally.

Third-Party Services

This site uses a small number of third-party services that may process data as part of how they work:

• Google Fonts — used to display the site's typography. Loading these fonts sends your IP address to Google's servers.
• Holiday Extras — if you click through to compare or book airport parking, you'll leave this site and be subject to their own privacy policy. Some of these links are affiliate links (see our Terms & Conditions for details).
• Airline websites — links to individual airlines (Thai Airways, British Airways, etc.) take you to their own sites, governed by their own privacy policies.

We don't control how these third parties handle data once you leave our site, so we'd encourage reading their own policies if you have concerns.

Cookies

This site does not currently set marketing or tracking cookies. If that changes in future (for example, if we add analytics), we'll update this policy accordingly.

How Long We Keep Data

Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostic purposes, then automatically deleted. We do not currently store a history of individual postcode searches.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete data we hold about you
• Object to how your data is processed
